This explains what data this website collects, what happens with the messages you send us, and what rights you have.
The website has no accounts, no login and no order forms. It does not ask you for your name, address or payment details. Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, page requested) are processed by our hosting provider to deliver and secure the site.
One analytics script counts visits. It only loads after you accept it in the cookie banner — see the cookie policy.
Orders are arranged in WhatsApp or Telegram. Whatever you send there — your address, your phone number, the contents of the chat — is processed inside those apps under their own privacy terms, and by us only to arrange and complete the delivery you asked for.
We do not sell or share chat details with third parties, and we do not add you to any marketing list.
Under the GDPR you may ask what personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to its processing. Contact us and we will deal with it.
To completeData controller name and address, a contact email for privacy requests, and how long chat history is kept before deletion.
